Terms of Service

Taploon is a done-for-you editorial content service. We research keywords, generate editorial-quality articles, review them, and deliver them to the sites you connect. You control which destinations receive content and how often, within your plan.

• You must provide accurate information and keep your login credentials secure.
• You are responsible for activity that happens under your account.
• You must be able to form a binding contract to use Taploon.

• The Editorial Pack is a monthly subscription that grants a set number of credits (currently 200 credits, roughly 20 articles).
• Generating an article spends credits from your balance.
• You can buy top-up credit packs at any time. Purchased credits do not expire.
• Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel anytime and keep everything already delivered to your sites.
• Payments are processed by Dodo Payments. Taxes may apply based on your location.

You own the articles we deliver to you. Once content is pushed to your site, it lives in your own database on your own domain. You are responsible for what you choose to publish and for ensuring it is accurate and lawful for your audience.

• Do not use Taploon to generate illegal, harmful, deceptive, or infringing content.
• Do not attempt to abuse, overload, or reverse-engineer the service or another customer’s ingest endpoint.
• Do not resell or redistribute the service without our written permission.

We work hard to produce high-quality, SEO-sound content, but search rankings and traffic depend on many factors outside our control. We do not guarantee specific rankings, traffic, revenue, or AI-search citations.

We aim for reliable, uninterrupted service but do not guarantee it will always be available or error-free. We may update, suspend, or discontinue features with reasonable notice where practical.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Taploon is provided as is, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

We may update these terms as the product evolves. If we make material changes, we will let you know. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
